

We use the finest, natural and authentic ingredients to freshly bake all of our cakes, make our own fillings and create endless combinations including flavours that reflect our caribbean heritage; from creamy and luscious to bold and tropical. All of our cakes (with the exception of fruit cake) are coated in a layer of Belgian chocolate ganache before we cover in fondant. Ganache is a luxurious mix of melted chocolate and chocolate and cream which not only tastes delicious but also enables us to achieve sharp clean lines.
