Here at Chanté Louise Cake Studio we use the finest, natural and authentic ingredients to freshly bake all of our cakes, make our own fillings and create endless combinations including flavours that reflect our caribbean heritage. We are passionate about what we do and this is reflected in our attention to details, intricate designs and beautiful finishes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

With a background in fashion marketing, owner and cake designer Chantelle Forbes applies her knowledge of design development to her work every day to design collections and create works of art.

Chantelle is mainly self-taught but has undertaken some professional training to further develop her skills in order to keep up with recent trends, develop new techniques and to ensure each and every cake is an elegant and luxurious masterpiece.
